Exercise Physiology in Blacktown
Accredited Exercise Physiologists are university-qualified allied-health professionals who prescribe and adapt exercise for people with injuries, disabilities and acute or chronic health conditions.
Our exercise physiologists provide individual and group programs in our fully equipped rehabilitation gym, as well as selected home visits.

Your program will be adjusted according to your health, current capacity, goals and response to exercise.
What to expect
Your first appointment may include discussion of your health history, activity levels, goals and relevant precautions. Your exercise physiologist may assess strength, movement, balance, cardiovascular response or functional capacity before preparing an individual program.
