I’ve completed my Bachelor of Chiropractic science and Masters of Chiropractic at Macquarie university.
When I was younger, I played a lot of sport at an elite level. I always found myself in and out of doctors appointments with injuries I couldn’t quite shake. It wasn’t until I found myself an excellent chiropractor who got me back on my feet and back to the activities I love. I noticed they looked not only at the source of my pain, but where it was coming from. They addressed how my body was functioning and compensating as a whole and that’s when I decided I wanted to be a Chiropractor.
I’m passionate about helping people and fascinated by the human body, so once I started learning I absolutely fell In love!
I love learning new things and over the years I’ve developed a range of evidence based chiropractic techniques that are continually developing and expanding from manual adjusting, to softer techniques such as soft tissue mobilisation and rehabilitation. This allows me to treat patients as they need and tailor treatment plans appropriately to achieve goals for patients with all types of musculoskeletal conditions of all ages!
